Prequalification Ref.: Prequalification for Consulting Services for Monitoring Reforestation Success of Ecological Comprehensive Management Project in Baishui County, Shaanxi Province 5. Employer: Baishui County Forestry Bureau (PEA) 6. Project Measures: Services are to be provided by a team of forest monitoring experts with proven expertise in area mapping and quality control in reforestation projects. Efficient man-agement and backstopping services shall be made available by the Consultant’s headquarter. 7. The prequalification of experienced Consultants is subject to the regulations contained in the Guidelines for Assignment of Consultants in Financial Cooperation with Partner Coun-tries” (see www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de).
