3、投标人资格要求
投标人应具备的资格或业绩:★ The Gas turbine generator Package shall be designed, manufactured, certified and tested in accordance with the requirements of Safety Rules for Offshore Fixed Platform Issued by State Economic & Trade Commission. PRC（SETC）. Supplier shall at his own cost arrange inspection and obtain inspection compliance certificate of The Gas turbine generator Package from one of the certifying agencies authorized by COOOSO, which are ABS, LIoyd's, DNV,CCS，BV.

★ The Gas Turbine( the same product model as the prime motor ) that VENDOR supplied should have at least 2 projects of two years or more of successful performance(from the date of commissioning acceptance report or the certificate issued by the applicant) of the on the offshore oil platform or FPSO, The VENDOR shall provide the relevant supporting documents (contract and commissioning acceptance report or contract and the effective certificate issued by the user). If the name of the facility and the user’s information are not included in the above documents, the bidder shall provide the valid documentation.

★ The Generator ( the same product model as the Generator) that VENDOR supplied should have at least 2 projects of two years or more of successful performance(from the date of commissioning acceptance report or the certificate issued by the applicant) of the on the offshore oil platform or FPSO, The VENDOR shall provide the relevant supporting documents (contract and commissioning acceptance report or contract and the effective certificate issued by the user). If the name of the facility and the user’s information are not included in the above documents, the bidder shall provide the valid documentation.

★ The VENDOR should have packaged The Gas Turbine Generator Packages in 2 projects at least which had two years or more of successful performance (from the date of commissioning acceptance report or the certificate issued by the applicant) of the on the offshore oil platform or FPSO, The VENDOR shall provide the relevant supporting documents (contract and commissioning acceptance report or contract and the effective certificate issued by the user). If the name of the facility and the user’s information are not included in the above documents, the bidder shall provide the valid documentation.And the VENDOR should have packaged The Gas Turbines(as the prime motor , ISO≥15000kW) in 2 projects at least which had two years or more of successful performance (from the date of commissioning acceptance report or the certificate issued by the applicant) of the in the marine environment（offshore oil platform \ FPSO \ boats and ships \ coastal oil and gas processing terminal）, The VENDOR shall provide the relevant supporting documents (contract and commissioning acceptance report or contract and the effective certificate issued by the user). If the name of the facility and the user’s information are not included in the above documents, the bidder shall provide the valid documentation.(If the bidder is Joint Venture, the leading party shall meet the experience requirements.)
